Your valid Medical Card (paper, temporary, or digital—showing your name, issue/expiration dates, and provider signature)
A matching state‑issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)

Do you accept out‑of‑state patients?
Yes! We welcome medical cardholders from the following states:
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Washington DC.
Out‑of‑state patients may purchase up to 2.5 oz (70 g) of cannabis every 15 days. -

What is your exchange policy?
Under Maine law, all cannabis sales are final. However, we’ll gladly exchange defective vape cartridges within 30 days if returned in original packaging with at least 75% remaining.

Not yet—this location remains medical‑only. We’re working hard and look forward to opening our recreational dispensary in Eliot, ME soon!

We accept both Cash and Debit cards via our on‑site cashless ATM (chip‑enabled; $3.50 fee; rounded to the nearest $5 with cash back)

Can a caregiver purchase on behalf of a patient?
Maine‑licensed caregivers may purchase with their registered patient present. We cannot sell to out‑of‑state caregivers.
